Documents Needed
To complete your account verification, you’ll need to provide the following documents:
- A government-issued valid photo ID (e.g., passport, national ID card, or driver’s license).
- A proof of address document (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement) dated within the last three months.
Verification Time
- Account verification usually takes 24 hours.
- You’ll receive an email notification once your account is successfully verified.
Documents Rejected
Your document may be rejected for the following reasons:
- Blurry or unclear images: Make sure the document is clear and readable.
- Expired documents: Ensure that your documents are current and valid. Address proof to be from recent 90 days issued.
- Incomplete or cropped documents: Ensure the full document is visible, including edges and important details.
- Incorrect document type: For example, a utility bill should not be a phone bill. Ensure you’re submitting the correct type of proof.
How to Upload
To upload your documents: Log in to your account and go to My Profile and click on My Documents
- Step 1 will be to upload ID proof
- Step 2 will be to upload Address Proof
- Step 3 will be to perform liveness check
- Ensure that your documents and liveness check are clear and meets all the required specifications.
Deposits
Deposits Declined
Please note that we do not decline deposit attempts on our side. There seems to be a limitation on the transaction you are trying to make.
To avoid declined deposits
- Ensure the details you’re entering (card details, bank info) are accurate.
- Confirm with your bank or payment provider to ensure there are no blocks or restrictions on Forex-related transactions.
- Ensure to deposit using the only payment methods accepted by our platform.
Processing Time
The processing time for deposits depends on the payment method:
- EpayMe : Credit/Debit cards: Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes.
- Wire Transfers: These may take 1-2 business days depending on your bank and location.
- Crypto: Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes.

Minimum Amount
The minimum deposit amount depends on your account type and payment method
- For a Minimalist account type – Minimum deposit is $200
- For a Mentalist account type – Minimum deposit is $5000
How to Deposit
To deposit funds into your trading account, follow these steps:
- Log into your account on our platform.
- Go to the “Deposit” section in your account dashboard.
- Choose your preferred deposit method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, Crypto, etc.).
- Enter the deposit amount you wish to transfer.
- Follow the prompts to complete the transaction (enter your payment details, verify the payment, etc.).
- Once confirmed, the funds will be credited to your trading account.

Withdrawals
Processing Time
The processing time for withdrawals depends on the method you choose:
- Crypto: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
- EpayMe: Credit/Debit Cards: Withdrawals may take 3-5 business days to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Wire Transfers: These may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
Please note that processing times may vary based on your account verification status and the payment provider’s processing speed.
Note: Withdrawals of the initial deposit amount will be processed using the same deposit method through which the funds were originally deposited. However, any profits or amounts exceeding the initial deposit can be withdrawn using any of the available deposit methods of your choice.
Withdrawal Charges
A fee of $20 will be applied to each withdrawal transaction made via Crypto, Bank Transfer, or Debit/Credit Card, in addition to any conversion charges imposed by your respective bank.
Maximum Amount
There is no restriction on the maximum withdrawal amount.
Minimum Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is $50.
Why Declined
Your withdrawal may be declined for one of the following reasons:
- Incomplete verification: If your account has not been fully verified, your withdrawal request may be declined. Please ensure your verification documents are up to date.
- Insufficient funds: If the withdrawal amount exceeds your available balance, it may be declined.
- Payment method issues: If there are issues with your payment method (e.g., expired card, bank restrictions), your withdrawal may be declined.
How to Cancel
To cancel your withdrawal, request kindly email us at support@gowize.co with your trading account details and withdrawal information.
Confirmation Email
Once your withdrawal request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your transaction, including the amount withdrawn and the payment method used.
Closing Account

To close your entire client profile, please contact our support team at support@gowize.co
Our team will assist you in completing the process and ensure that all your personal details, linked accounts, and any remaining balances are properly handled.
Trading Account
To close your trading account, you need to contact our support team at support@gowize.co
Please specify the trading account you wish to close, and our team will assist you with the process.
